Terms and Conditions of promo code【HSBSTAFF】

1. Promo code is applicable at eatigo.com and the eatigo app only, and must be entered at the confirmation page.
2. Promo code is valid from today till 31 December 2020 only. All reservations must be attended by 31 December 2020 to be eligible.
3. The promo code is only applicable for new users’ first booking on dine-in or takeaway.
4. Eligible users can only use the promo code for once.
5. This promotion will apply on a first-come-first-served basis.
6. eatigo cash voucher is considered used and is non-refundable if the promo code has been applied and the customer did not cancel the booking in advance or show up at the restaurant.
7. eatigo cash voucher may not be exchanged for cash. The eatigo cash voucher can only be used as a fixed value discount on top of the total eatigo reservation bill.
8. eatigo cash voucher can only be used at restaurant merchants that have agreed to accept Eatigo cash voucher. Restaurants that do not accept eatigo cash voucher will not be reservable with the eatigo cash voucher promo code.
9. Restaurant will not provide cash refunds when the eatigo cash voucher amount is more than the restaurant bill.
10. eatigo cash voucher may have special conditions required for the customer prior to payment i.e. certain payment type or membership identification proof. Restaurant partners reserves the right to validate and reject the Eatigo cash voucher if conditions are not met.
11. Similar to the standard eatigo discount, eatigo cash voucher do not stack on top of any other restaurant promotions or 3rd party promotions.

3. Promo code is only eligible for the dine-in reservation.
4. The promo code can only be used once per eligible user for attended reservation.
5. To be eligible for this promotion, please keep the dining receipts or credit card transaction slips for verification purposes. Eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to verify the payment proof and to disqualify against any user who fails to submit such.
6. This promotion is limited to a pre-defined quota and will apply on a first-come-first-served basis.
7. Only dine-in reservation at selected restaurants are included for the promotions.
8. If you are eligible, an email with the unique voucher code will be sent to you within 72 hours of your attended reservation.
9. The cash voucher code expires on 1 January 2021, you must make and attend booking by 1 January 2020.
10. The voucher code can be used ONCE, cash discount will be applied for your next reservation.
11. Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion.
12. This promotion is valid only for eatigo Hong Kong.
