Sorry, the Valentines Hotpot Meetup will be cancelled

In response to the latest development of the novel coronavirus infection, the HKSAR Government appeals to community groups to reduce the flow and contacts of people. By considering public health risks and lowering the chance of the disease spreading in the community, eatigo decided to cancel the Valentine’s Hot Pot Meetup campaign collaborated with Chuan Po Po.

Once again thank you for your understanding and continuous support. We are looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming event.

Valentine’s Day is less than one month to go. Still do not have any plans? No worries, eatigo is going to organize Valentine’s hot pot meetup at Chuan Po PO on that day! Please come to join us and meet new friends there!

From 16 Jan 2020 to 3 Feb 2020, users who complete the below steps have a chance to join the meetup:

1. Enter【IMSINGLE】when making a booking, and attend it;
2. Fill in the google form embedded in the thank-you email by 23:59, 5 Feb (The thank-you email will be sent to the user’s registered email address of eatigo account within 24 hours).
3. eatigo will shortlist 12 users to attend the meetup after receiving the form. You will receive an invitation email by 23:59, 6 Feb if you are invited.
   P.S. If you cannot receive the email till 23:59, 6 Feb, it means you are not selected this time. But do not be sad because we still have a lot of campaigns waiting for you!
4. Please reply to the invitation before 23:59, 7 Feb and pay the dinner fee in our office stated in the invitation email on 7 Feb or 10-12 Feb from 10:00 to 20:30 of each day. (Please contact us with 2 hours in advance before coming)
5. After completing these steps, you can join our meetup!

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo code【IMSINGLE】is applicable at eatigo.com and the eatigo app only and must be entered at the confirmation page. Users who enter this promo code,  attend the respective booking and fill in the google form embedded in the thank-you emails by 23:59, 5 Feb 2020 will be eligible to join the meetup.
2. The promo code is valid from 16 Jan till 3 Feb 2020. All reservations must be made with the promo code & attended by 23:59, 3 Feb 2020 to be eligible for the promotion.
3. To be eligible for the promotion, each reservation must be attended by at least TWO persons.
4. Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion. eatigo will contact the user via email.
5. Each user can only enter the promo code once and can only get one quota to attend the meetup.
6. After receiving the user form, eatigo will shortlist 12 users. If the user did not receive an invitation email till 23:59, 6 Feb, it means you are not selected this time.
7. After receiving the invitation email, the users need to reply to the email for a confirmation. They also have to pay the fee in our office stated in the invitation email on 7 Feb or 10-12 Feb from 10:00 to 20:30 of each day. Please contact us at 2 hours in advance before coming.
8. If the user did not reply to the invitation till 23:59, 7 Feb, will be recognized as giving up the opportunity of participating in this meetup.
9. The dinner fee cannot be refund once eatigo received.
10. In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the above terms.
11. To be eligible for this promotion, please keep the dining receipts or credit card transaction slips for verification purposes. eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to verify the payment proof and to disqualify against any user who fails to submit such.
12. The venue and food are provided by Chuan Po Po in this event. eatigo Hong Kong is not obligated to any claims, liabilities and losses regarding the meetup.
13. eatigo will not provide any alcoholic drinks in this meetup. The users can purchase from the restaurant by their own needs.
14. eatigo Hong Kong is not obligated to any liabilities due to any losses in participating in this meetup.
15. This promotion is valid only for eatigo Hong Kong.
16. In case of any dispute, eatigo Hong Kong and Koalabeds reserve the right of final decision.
