Within 48 hours after attending the reservations, users shall receive a thank-you email attached with a $25 eatigo cash voucher code and a user survey link.

Complete the survey by 8 Apr 23:59:59. 10 winners will be shortlisted based on the content submission. The result will be announced on the eatigo (HK) blog by 10 Apr 2020.

Winners will receive an email on 10 Apr 2020 and should provide the postal details requested in the email. The gift vouchers will be posted on or before 24 Apr 2020.

The promo code “PIZZA2020” is applicable at eatigo.com and the eatigo app only and must be entered at the booking confirmation page. To be eligible for the promotion, users must enter the promo code, attend the respective booking at any PizzaExpress on eatigo and submit the survey attached in the thank-you email delivered to users within 48 hours.

The promo code is valid from 25 Mar 2020 till 5 Apr 2020. All reservations must be made with the promo code & attended by 5 Apr 2020 23:59:59 to be eligible for the promotion.

Each eligible reservation must be attended by at least TWO persons.

The promo code is limited to the first 2,000 users only and each user can only use the promo code ONCE within the campaign period.

Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion. Winners will be contacted via the registered email by eatigo. If the winner fails to respond to the email within the period, another eligible user will be named for the prize by eatigo.

Users must submit the survey by 8 Apr 2020 23:59:59 to be eligible for this promotion. If users do not receive the thank-you email within 48 hours after attending the reservation, please contact us at support.hk@eatigo.com.

Based on the content submission, 10 users will be shortlisted for the HK$250 PizzaExpress gift voucher prizes. The result will be announced on the eatigo (HK) blog by 10 Apr 2020. Winners will receive an email on 10 Apr 2020 and should provide the postal details requested in the email, or else be considered as giving up the prizes.

Please keep the dining receipts or credit card transaction slips for verification purposes. Eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to verify the payment proof and to disqualify against any user who fails to submit such.

The gift vouchers will be delivered by post to the address provided on or before 24 Apr 2020. For any postal losses and damages, eatigo Hong Kong and PizzaExpress (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be responsible nor reissue the prize.

The gift vouchers can be used on top of standard eatigo’s discount. The gift vouchers can only be applied at PizzaExpress as a fixed value (HKD$250) discount off the bill for the reservations after eatigo’s discount. The gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Restaurants will not provide cash refunds when the PizzaExpress gift voucher amount exceeds the restaurant bill.

Apart from eatigo’s discount, PizzaExpress (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to reject users from using any other valid or authorized discount or deals.

In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the above terms.

eatigo Hong Kong and PizzaExpress (Hong Kong) Limited are not responsible for any losses and damages suffered by participants as a result of the participation of the campaign. If users lost or damaged their cash voucher, no return or refund is allowed. The cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
