1. Make a reservation: Book a slot at any restaurant on eatigo with the code [HAPPYCNY] (min. 1 pax)
2. Dine In: Make sure to attend reservation between 30 DEC 2024 to 10 JAN 2025

Winner Selection

• Every user who booked with the correct code and attended the reservation is counted as a participant eligible for winning the prizes. 
• The user must not have any no-shows during the campaign period to be eligible.

How to redeem

• The winners will be contacted with instructions on how to claim their prize via their registered Eatigo email addresses.

Terms and Conditions

Dine-in Participation

1. To participate, the user must make and attend an eatigo dine-in reservation with the code [HAPPYCNY] between 30 Dec 2024 00:00hrs to 10 Jan 2025 23:59hrs.
2. Only reservations made and attended with the code [HAPPYCNY] by 10 Jan 2025 23:59hrs will be eligible. Every user who booked with the correct code and attended the reservation is counted as a participant eligible for winning the prizes. The user must not have any no-shows during the campaign period to be eligible.
3. Winners will be contacted via their registered Eatigo email addresses.

General

1. To be eligible, participants must fulfill both compulsory criteria as listed above.
2. In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the terms.
3. eatigo Hong Kong is not liable for any losses and damages suffered by participants arising from participation in this giveaway.
4. eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
5. In case of any dispute, eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
6. Winners will be chosen based on the order in which bookings were attended, considering the number of entries per user. To be eligible, participants must not have any no-shows during the campaign period. Winners will be notified through their registered Eatigo email addresses.
7. The list of winners will be announced on social platforms (Eatigo Official Facebook page and Instagram @eatigo_hk), and eligible winners will also be contacted via email. 
8. eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to replace the winners should the winners remain uncontactable within 3 days from the date of informing via their registered Eatigo email addresses.
9. Visit all Hung Fook Tong branches in person from 15 to 21 January 2025 with the Turnip Pudding gift voucher to redeem a box of Turnip Pudding with Chinese Ham and Dried Scallop. By participating in this event, you agree and accept the redemption date for this prize.
10. The name, email address, and reservation code must be provided to eatigo Hong Kong for verification purposes.
11. The prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable, no cash alternative.
12. eatigo Hong Kong and Hung Fook Tong are not liable for any losses as a result of any lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise invalid participation.
