How to participate

1. Make a reservation: Book a slot at any restaurant on eatigo with the code [WINBUFFET] (min. 1 pax)
2. Dine In: Make sure to attend reservation between 1 Nov to 15 Nov 2024

Winner Selection

• Every user who booked with the correct code and attended the reservation is counted as a participant eligible for winning the prizes. Each user can participate up to ten times. The user must not have any no-shows during the campaign period to be eligible.

Dine-in Participation

1. To participate, the user must make and attend an eatigo dine-in reservation with the code [WINBUFFET] between 1 Nov 2024 00:00hrs to 15 Nov 2024 23:59hrs.  
2. Only reservations made and attended with the code [WINBUFFET] by 15 Nov 2024, 23:59hrs. will be eligible. Every user who booked with the correct code and attended the reservation is counted as a participant eligible for winning the prizes. Each user can participate up to ten times. The user must not have any no-shows during the campaign period to be eligible.
3. Winners will be contacted via their registered Eatigo email addresses.

General

1. To be eligible, participants must fulfill both compulsory criteria as listed above.
2. In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the terms.
3. eatigo Hong Kong is not liable for any losses and damages suffered by participants arising from participation in this giveaway.
4. eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
5. In case of any dispute, eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
6. Winners will be chosen based on the order in which bookings were attended, considering the number of entries per user. To be eligible, participants must not have any no-shows during the campaign period. Winners will be notified through their registered Eatigo email addresses.
7. The eatigo cash voucher is only redeemable from 20 November to 19 December 2024.
8. The Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet prizes can only be redeemed from 18 to 22 or 25 to 29 November 2024, while the Tea Buffet is available ONLY on 23, 24 or 30 November 2024. By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these specific time restrictions for prize redemption. The list of winners will be announced on social platforms (Eatigo Official Facebook page and Instagram @eatigo_hk), and eligible winners will also be contacted via email. The winner, upon notification by Eatigo, must collect the buffet voucher at the Eatigo office and subsequently redeem it directly through contact with Eaton HK.
9. eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to replace the winners should the winners remain uncontactable within 3 days from the date of informing via their registered Eatigo email addresses.
10. The name, email address, and reservation code must be provided to eatigo Hong Kong for verification purposes.
11. The prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable, no cash alternative.
12. eatigo Hong Kong and Eaton Hong Kong are not liable for any losses as a result of any lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise invalid participation.
