Terms and Conditions

1. The code [WINEATIGO] is valid only for dine-in reservations from 12 – 14 March 2025. All reservations must be made and attended by 14 March 2025, 23:59 hours to be eligible.
2. This promo code has ZERO VALUE and DOES NOT provide any form of monetary discount on the dining bill.
3. NEW Eatigo Malaysia users who book and attend with the code will automatically enter the giveaway to win Shopee vouchers worth up to RM50. Winners will be selected at random.
4. The code is capped at 1 redemption per user.
5. The code is only valid for dine-in reservations.
6. To qualify, each reservation must be attended by at least TWO persons.
7. No-shows will not be eligible for the giveaway. The code remains valid if a reservation is canceled or edited, as long as it is rebooked and attended within the campaign period.
8. The campaign has a predefined quota of winners and operates on a first come, first served basis.
9. This campaign is valid for Eatigo Malaysia only.
10. Eatigo Malaysia reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. Participants are solely responsible for providing proof of attendance for qualifying reservations.
12. In the event of a dispute, Eatigo Malaysia is not obliged to verify attendance on behalf of the user and reserves the right to disqualify a user at its discretion.

14. Any fraudulent or suspicious behavior, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using unauthorized tools, or exploiting system loopholes, will result in immediate disqualification.
15. In cases of confirmed fraudulent behavior, we reserve the right to:
    • Ban the user(s) involved.
    • Restrict or revoke rewards earned during the campaign.
