Winner selection:

• 3 winners will be selected randomly after the campaign ends
• More completed reservations = higher chances to win!

How to redeem prize:

• Winners will be contacted via their registered Eatigo email with instructions to claim their prize.

Dine-in Participation

1. To participate, the user must make and attend an eatigo dine-in reservation between 14 April 2025, 00:00hrs to 30 April 2025, 23:59hrs.
2. Only reservations made and attended before or on 30 April 2025, 23:59hrs. will be eligible.
3. Only reservations made and attended with code [EATBARBQ] will be eligible.

General

1. Participants must fulfil all three criteria listed above to be eligible.
2. Eatigo Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify participants for acts of dishonesty or violations of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
3. Eatigo Malaysia is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from participation in this contest.
4. Eatigo Malaysia reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
5. In case of any disputes, Eatigo Malaysia’s decision will be final.
6. 3 winners will be selected randomly as determined by Eatigo Malaysia, with priority given to participants with higher number of reservations made and attended with code [EATBARBQ]
7. Winners will be contacted via their registered Eatigo email addresses by 9 May 2025. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner may be selected.
8. The prizes are as follows:
   • Bar B Q Plaza’s SUPER Buffet set for 2 pax
9. The winning prize, FREE buffet at Bar B Q Plaza, must be claimed and attended by 18 May 2025
10. The dining prizes are valid only for redemption at selected Bar B Q Plaza outlets as follows:

    • Bar.B.Q Plaza @ Main Place Mall USJ
    • Bar.B.Q Plaza @ The Mines
    • Bar.B.Q.Plaza @ Central i-City
    • Bar.B.Q Plaza @ Bayan Bay Penang
    • Bar.B.Q Plaza @ TOPPEN Johor Bahru
    • Winners acknowledge and agree to these specific location restrictions if they win.
11. Once the date and time to claim the buffet have been confirmed, rescheduling is not allowed.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. Participants must provide their name, email address, and reservation details to Eatigo Malaysia for verification purposes.
14. Participation in this campaign is subject to compliance with the stated rules and fair use policies.
15. Any fraudulent or suspicious behavior, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using unauthorized tools, or exploiting system loopholes, will result in immediate disqualification.
16. In cases of confirmed fraudulent behavior, we reserve the right to:
    • Ban the user(s) involved.
    • Restrict or revoke rewards earned during the campaign.
17. The decision of Eatigo Malaysia regarding fraud and disqualification shall be final and binding.
