Terms and Conditions:

Dine-in Participation

1. To participate, the user must make and attend an eatigo dine-in reservation between 1 January 2025, 00:00hrs to 19 January 2025, 23:59hrs.
2. Only reservations made and attended before 19 January 2025, 23:59hrs. will be eligible.
3. Participants must creatively share how much they saved on their Eatigo reservation meal on Instagram, tag @eatigo_my, and use the hashtag #EatigoSmartDiner. Instagram profiles must be set to public for entries to be valid.
4. Winners will be contacted via their registered Eatigo email addresses.

General

1. Participants must fulfil all three criteria listed above to be eligible.
2. Eatigo Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify participants for acts of dishonesty or violations of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
3. Eatigo Malaysia is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from participation in this contest.
4. Eatigo Malaysia reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
5. In case of any disputes, Eatigo Malaysia’s decision will be final.
6. Winners will be selected based on the 10 most creative Instagram entries as determined by Eatigo Malaysia.
7. Winners will be contacted via their registered Eatigo email addresses by 20 January 2025. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner may be selected.
8. The prizes are as follows:
   • 1st Prize: Marche du Homard Dinner Buffet for 4 pax at Kwee Zeen @ Sofitel KL.
   • 2nd Prize: Surf & Turf Dinner Buffet for 2 pax at Kwee Zeen @ Sofitel KL.
   • 3rd Prize: 3x RM50 Eatigo vouchers.
   • 4th to 10th Prizes: 1x RM50 Eatigo voucher each.
9. The dining prizes (1st and 2nd) are valid only for redemption at Kwee Zeen @ Sofitel KL as follows:
   • Marche du Homard Dinner Buffet: Every Friday and Saturday, 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
   • Surf & Turf Dinner Buffet: Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
     Winners acknowledge and agree to these specific time restrictions if they win.
10. For buffet winners (1st and 2nd prizes), once the date and time to claim the buffet have been confirmed, rescheduling is not allowed.
11. Eatigo voucher prize (3rd to 10th):
    • The voucher code is valid for booking between 20 January – 28 February 2025 only.
    • All reservations made with the voucher code must be attended by 28 February 2025, 23:59hrs to be eligible for the promotion.
    • Each reservation must be attended by at least two persons to be eligible.
    • The voucher code is only valid for dine-in reservations and can be used once per user.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. Participants must provide their name, email address, and reservation details to Eatigo Malaysia for verification purposes.
14. Eatigo Malaysia is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise invalid contest entries.
