What are eatigo loyalty rewards?

The eatigo loyalty rewards can look anything like this:

• Attend 1 reservation using a promo code within the month to earn an eatigo cash voucher worth ₱100
• Atend 2 reservations using a promo code within the month to earn an eatigo cash voucher worth ₱200
• Attend 4 reservations using a promo code within the month to earn an eatigo cash voucher worth ₱400

The number of reservations and the reward values are subject to change every month, as decided by eatigo. The rewards vary for different customers based on qualification.

What do I have to do to be eligible for the rewards program?

Simply keep using eatigo on a regular basis, and you will automatically be eligible for one of the above said rewards based on your reservation history. Basically, the more you reservations you attend, the more you benefit!

How will I know if I am eligible for any of the eatigo loyalty rewards?

In the case you are eligible for any of the loyalty rewards for the month, you will receive  the promo code and relevant T&Cs information via push notification, newsfeed, in-app, and email newsletter at the beginning of the month. Make sure you are active on the eatigo app to ensure you do not miss out on the loyalty rewards.

Sample scenario 1:

Say a user is eligible for the rewards: Attend 1 reservation in February using the promo code KISSME1, receive a ₱100 eatigo cash voucher that you can use on your subsequent reservation.

At the beginning of the month, the user receives a message via app newsfeed like below (sample):

In order to receive a ₱100 eatigo cash voucher:

1. Say on Feb 5, the user attends the 1st reservation applying promo code KISSME1
2. Within 72 hours upon successfully attending the reservation, the user receives a unique reward promo code SAMPLE1X worth ₱100, with a validity of 60 days.

The promo code KISSME1 in this case, is valid from 1st to 29th February, and the 1 reservation with the promo code can be attended anytime during this period. The application of this code is purely to indicate participation and it does not give any cash discount during the reservation.

Within the 60 days reward promo code validity period,  the user then makes a reservation with promo code SAMPLE1X and enjoys an additional discount of ₱100 on their food bill.

Say a user is eligible for the rewards: Attend 2 reservations in February using the promo code LOVEYOU2, receive a ₱200 eatigo cash voucher that you can use on your subsequent reservation.

At the beginning of the month, the user receives a message via app newsfeed like below (sample):

In order to receive a ₱200 eatigo cash voucher:

1. Say, on Feb 5, the user attends the 1st reservation applying promo code LOVEYOU2
2. Say, on Feb 16, the user attends the 2nd reservation applying promo code LOVEYOU2
3. On March 5th (5th of the following calendar month), the user receives a unique reward promo code SAMPLE2X worth ₱200, with a validity of 60 days.

The promo code LOVEYOU2 in this case, is valid from 1st to 29th February, and the 2 reservations with the promo code can be attended anytime during this period. The application of this code is purely to indicate participation and it does not give any cash discount during each reservation.

3. Say, on Feb 24, the user attends the 3rd reservation applying promo code DATEYOU4
4. Say, on Feb 28, the user attends the 4th reservation applying promo code DATEYOU4
5. On March 5th (5th of the following calendar month), the user receives a unique reward promo code SAMPLE3X worth ₱400, with a validity of 60 days.

The promo code DATEYOU4 in this case, is valid from 1st to 29th February, and the 4 reservations with the promo code can be attended anytime during this period. The application of this code is purely to indicate participation and it does not give any cash discount during each reservation.

Note: The T&Cs might be different for different loyalty rewards, make sure you read them when you participate in each loyalty rewards program.
