1. PROMO DURATION (DATE & TIME)

2. WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN?

• • The promotion is open to all legal residents of the Philippines, aged 18 years old and above, with a valid Philippine address. 
  • Participants must have a valid Eatigo account with an active email address and/or mobile number.
  • Employees of Eatigo Philippines Inc. and Novotel Manila Araneta City, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promotion.

3. HOW TO JOIN?

1. • Participants must book and attend a confirmed reservation through Eatigo at any of the following partner restaurants:

• • To be eligible for the raffle, each reservation must be attended by at least 2 persons.
    
  • Participants must enter the promo code “NOVOTELMNL” when booking through Eatigo and provide their name, mobile number, and email address. Only bookings made using this promo code will be considered eligible entries.
    
  • Participants must register their entry on this Google Form with complete details of their name, home address, mobile number, and email address: https://tinyurl.com/EatigoxNovotel 
  • Each attended booking with the correct promo code and a completed Google Form during the promo period counts as one (1) raffle entry.
  • Each user can have multiple entries as long as they are valid attended bookings.

4. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF GOOGLE FORM ENTRIES

5. RAFFLE DRAW

1. • Date and Time: February 10, 2026 | 2PM
   • Venue: Unit 1661 and 1665, 16th Floor, Tower 6789, Ayala Avenue, Makati, Manila, Philippines
   • The raffle draw will be conducted through Google Meet supervised by a DTI representative.

6. PRIZES AND WINNER DETERMINATION

• • A total of three (3) winners will be selected:
    • Two (2) Winners of Lunch Buffet for Two (2) at Food Exchange Manila, worth up to ₱5,996.00 each.
      
    • One (1) Winner of Dinner Buffet for Two (2) at Food Exchange Manila, worth up to ₱5,376.00.
  • The draw will be conducted at the Eatigo Philippines office under the supervision of a DTI representative.
    
  • The draw will utilize a random draw tool (e.g., Wheel of Names) using the mobile number associated with each valid entry.

7. LIMITATIONS ON WINNING 

• • Participants may submit multiple verified bookings during the campaign period. However, each participant can win only once; if drawn again, only the higher-value prize will be awarded and another winner will be chosen.

8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

• • Winners will be notified through their registered email address, mobile number and Philippine registered mailing address within seven (7) business days of the draw date.

9. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

• • Winners will be announced via Eatigo Philippines’ official Facebook and Instagram pages.
  • Eatigo Philippines Inc. will have to shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00. 

10. PRIZE REDEMPTION PERIOD

• • Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days of receiving the official notification.
    
  • Black Out Dates: February 10-17, 2025 and April 5, 2026 (Easter Sunday)
    
  • Prizes not redeemed by the end of the redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor with prior DTI approval.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

11. CLAIMING OF PRIZES 

• • Winners must call Food Exchange Manila at least one (1) week in advance of their preferred dining date for redemption:

  • To claim the buffet, winners must present the following on the date and time of their reserved buffet:
    • One (1) valid government-issued ID
    • The voucher provided by Eatigo via email and snail mail
    • Prizes must be claimed personally by the winner

12. DATA PRIVACY AND CONSENT 

• • By joining this promotion, participants agree that their personal information (name, mobile number, email address, and mailing address) may be collected, processed, stored, and disclosed by Eatigo Philippines for the purpose of verifying eligibility, conducting the raffle draw, and coordinating prize fulfillment.

• • Participants acknowledge that:
    • Their mobile numbers will serve as their official raffle entry identifier in the draw.
      
    • The name and contact details of the winner will be shared with Novotel Manila Araneta City for prize fulfillment and with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as part of compliance with promo regulations.
  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with Eatigo’s data protection policies and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
