Getting around in Singapore is getting more convenient and affordable than ever. With new MRT lines being built and accessibility to ride-sharing services now at one’s fingertips, it’s a breeze getting to wherever you need to be. Despite all these options, it’s still hard to beat the convenience of having your own vehicle to drive around. This also comes with its own set of hurdles, the largest of which is the high costs of first purchasing a vehicle, along with its ensuing Certificate of Entitlement (COE).
Enter BlueSG, which negates many of said hurdles. Open to anyone with a minimum 1 year driving licence and over the age of 21, it is an easy-to-use car-sharing service, boasting a fleet of 1,000 electric Bluecars with over 340 stations island-wide, ranging from commercial to HDB estates. With BlueSG, these hurdles removed mean everyday activities like going to the movies or dining out are a lot more enjoyable.
