You will then receive an email with a unique eatigo Cash Voucher promo code 48 hours after attending your reservation.

The unique eatigo Cash Voucher promo code is worth S$10 and is valid for one-time use only.
Terms and Conditions:

The promo code “XMASGIFT” is applicable at eatigo.com and the eatigo app only and must be entered at the booking confirmation page. To be eligible for the promotion, users must enter the correct promo code, attend the respective booking on eatigo.

The promo code is valid from 24 Dec 2020 till 27 Dec 2020. All reservations must be made with the promo code & attended by 27 Dec 2020 23:59 to be eligible for the promotion.

Each eligible reservation can be made as Dine-in with min. pax 2.

Each user can use the promo code for a max of 1 time within the campaign period.

Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion. Winners will be contacted via the registered email by eatigo.

All participants would receive an email containing the unique eatigo promotional code worth S$10 for their next visit after attending the booked reservation using “XMASGIFT”

Validity for the unique eatigo promotional code is from 24 DEC 2020 to 31 JAN 2020.

In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Singapore reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the above terms.

eatigo Singapore is not responsible for any losses and damages suffered by participants as a result of the participation of the campaign. If users lost or damaged their dining voucher, no return or refund is allowed. The dining voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Hi,
Attended with “XMASGIFT” on 24/Dec 2020.
The Voucher given is not valid “ X4V86E”
– Why $5 (2x) instead of $10(1x) ?
– The expire date 31Jan 2020 ?

However, the code that has been issued to you in the email is still a S$10 eatigo cash voucher (as stated in the “XMASGIFT” campaign) that can be used on your next booking with us. It was simply a wording mistake made in the email. The expiry date for the voucher should be 31 Jan 2021 instead as well.
We do apologise once more if we have caused any inconvenience to you and hope you understand.
