Winner selection:

• When the contest period has ended, 1 winner will be selected randomly among eligible entries.
• The selection of the winner is separate from that in the previously announced contest.

How to redeem:

• The winner will be contacted with instructions on how to claim their prize via IG / FB.

• This giveaway is for followers residing in Singapore only.
• Participants must be at least 18 and above.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This giveaway contest is valid from 15 July 2024 00:00hrs to 28 July 2024 23:59hrs.

2. This giveaway contest is eligible to only eatigo dine-in users who has made reservations and attended between 15 July 2024, 00:00hrs to 28 July 2024, 23:59hrs.

3. To be eligible for this giveaway contest, participants must book and attend dine-in reservations with minimum 2 pax.

4. All reservations must be made and attended by 28 July 2024, 23:59hrs.

5. Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion.

6. The winner will be selected based on a random name picker, accounting for users’ level of participation. The winner will be contacted via Facebook / Instagram DM by 31 July 2024.

7. eatigo Singapore reserves the right to replace the winner should the winner remain uncontactable within 1 week from the date of informing via Facebook / Instagram DM.

8. Redemption period for the 2D1N Staycation will be from 15 July 2024 to 28 July 2024. Novotel Singapore on Stevens will contact and liaise with winner on the prize redemption.

9. Booking period for the 2D1N Staycation will be advised by Novotel Singapore on Stevens.

10. In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Singapore reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the listed terms.

11. eatigo Singapore is not liable for any losses and damages suffered by participants arising from participation in this giveaway.

12. eatigo Singapore reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.

13. In case of any dispute, eatigo Singapore reserves the right of final decision.
