Winner Selection

• At the end of the contest period, one lucky winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

How to Redeem

1️⃣ Eatigo will share the winner’s contact details with Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, which will coordinate the prize redemption process.
2️⃣ The hotel will email the winner (with Eatigo in BCC) with details on the redemption period and process.
3️⃣ The winner will receive instructions via their registered email on how to claim their prize.

1. This Staycation giveaway contest is valid from 14 April 2025 00:00hrs to 27 April 2025 23:59hrs.

2. This giveaway contest is eligible to only eatigo dine-in users who has made reservations and attended between 14 April 2025 00:00hrs to 27 April 2025 23:59hrs.

3. To be eligible for this Staycation giveaway contest, participants must book and attend dine-in reservations with minimum 2 pax.

4. All reservations must be made and attended by 27 April 2025, 23:59hrs.

5. Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion.

6. The winner will be selected based on a random name picker, accounting for users’ level of participation. The winner will be contacted via via email latest by 05 May 2025.

7. eatigo Singapore reserves the right to replace the winner should the winner(s) remain uncontactable within 1 week from the date of informing via email.

8. Redemption period for the Staycation for 2 pax will be further advised by Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, whom will contact and liaise with winner on the prize redemption.  (e.g. via email/physically)
