Select a takeaway restaurant, dishes and choose a time when you plan to pick-up your food.

Ensure that you’ve made more than 3 takeaways by 31 May 2021

You will then receive an email with a unique eatigo cash voucher code on or before 5 June 2021 if you are eligible for the reward.

Promotion is valid from 1 May 2021 till 31 May 2021. All takeaways must be made & collected by 31 May 2021, 2359 hours to be eligible.

Promotion is capped at 1 redemption per user.

Promotion reservations from different user accounts cannot be combined for prize redemption.

The promotion is only eligible for takeaway orders at selected restaurants.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion. Take-away orders using other promo codes will not be eligible for this promotion.

Promo code is applicable to selected merchants only, and considered forfeited and cannot be reclaimed in the case of a ‘no-show’ reservation.

pre-order your food
- Tap for the eatigo Takeaway icon on your app.
- Select a takeaway restaurant from the list.
- Choose a time on when you plan to pick-up your food. Discounts vary based on time.
- Select the food items that you want to order and indicate the quantity. The discounted price displayed is based on the selected time.
- Review your order and total amount to be paid.
- Proceed to checkout and select your preferred payment option. Input your payment information to complete the order.
pick-up your meal
- Be at the restaurant on your selected pick-up time. Your food will be ready!
- View your order confirmation by going to Profile > My Activities > Upcoming
- Present the order confirmation screen with the takeaway code and get your meal for takeaway.

Eatigo Takeaway (FAQ)
| What happens if I’m late to pick-up my order? | You can still pick-up your food up to 30 minutes after your selected pick-up time. However, you would bear the risk of deterioration in quality or change in the condition of the food items you ordered (Ex. food won’t be hot anymore or crispy). Food items will also not be replaced. |
| What happens if I forget to pick-up my order? | All paid orders are considered confirmed and the restaurant will prepare the food in time for your pick up.
Unfortunately, no refund will be given if you forget to get your food. |
| What happens if some food items are unavailable after I order/pay? | The restaurant will inform you of any changes on your order through call or text. |
| Can I cancel my order after I pay? | No, orders are considered confirmed and final once the restaurant accepts it. |
| Can I still change my order after I pay? | Orders are considered final upon completion of payment. But you can always make another order! |
| What’s the earliest time I can order for takeaway? | You can place your order 60 minutes before your preferred pick-up time. |
| Can I order for tomorrow? | No, you can only order takeaway within the same day. |
| Can I pay cash upon pick-up? | Eatigo Takeaway promotes cashless transaction for everyone’s safety. Cash payment is not accepted at the moment. |
| Do I need to present an ID when I pick up my food? | No, you can just present your confirmation screen or takeaway code to get your food. |
| Can I ask a delivery app to pick up my food? | Yes, you can, but you need to book this on your own and provide the person with your takeaway code. |
