What happens if I’m late to pick-up my order? | You can still pick-up your food up to 30 minutes after your selected pick-up time. However you would bear the risk of deterioration in quality or change in condition of the food items you ordered (Ex. food won’t be hot anymore or crispy). Food items will also not be replaced. |
What happens if I forget to pick-up my order? | All paid orders are considered confirmed and the restaurant will prepare the food in time for your pick up.
Unfortunately no refund will be given if you forget to get your food. |
What happens if some food items are unavailable after I order/pay? | The restaurant will inform you of any changes on your order through call or text. |
Can I cancel my order after I pay? | No, orders are considered confirmed and final once the restaurant accepts it. |
Can I still change my order after I pay? | Orders are considered final upon completion of payment. But you can always make another order! |
What’s the earliest time I can order for takeaway? | You can place your order 60 minutes before your preferred pick-up time. |
Can I order for tomorrow? | No, you can only order takeaway within the same day. |
Can I pay cash upon pick-up? | Eatigo Takeaway promotes cashless transaction for everyone’s safe. Cash payment is not accepted at the moment. |
Do I need to present an ID when I pick up my food? | No, you can just just present your confirmation screen or takeaway code to get your food. |
