Eatigo is giving away 2 pairs of VIP tickets (worth THB 12,500 each) — one pair per winner.

How Winners Are Selected

The 2 users with the most total attended diners during the campaign period will each win a pair of VIP tickets.

• “Attended diners” = the number of diners recorded on your completed, attended reservations made with ECV F4
• If you book a table for 4 and attend, that counts as 4 diners
• You can enter as many times as you like — every attended reservation counts
• Reservations that are cancelled or no-show will not be counted

We’ll share the top rankings on 2, 9, and 16 July via push notification, in-app pop-up, and email. Keep an eye on your inbox and the app to see where you stand — and keep dining to climb the ranks before the campaign closes on 19 July.

The Prize

• Tickets must be collected in person at the Eatigo office (near BTS Phra Kanong — exact address provided to winners only)
• Additional fees (tax) are payable by the winner upon collection

Important T&Cs You Need to Know

Personal information required

To redeem your tickets, winners must provide the following information when contacted:

• Full legal name (as shown on national ID or passport) of both the winner and their guest
• Contact phone number
• A copy of a government-issued ID

This information is required for ticket redemption and cannot be skipped.

Additional fees apply

• Winners are responsible for paying applicable tax fees upon ticket collection at the Eatigo office. The exact amount will be communicated when we contact you.

Ticket collection — in person only

• Tickets must be collected in person at the Eatigo office (near BTS Phra Kanong). The full address will be shared with confirmed winners only. Eatigo will not mail or deliver tickets.

No transfers or reselling

• Tickets are non-transferable. Winners who cannot attend must notify Eatigo within the contact window so we can reassign the prize. Tickets found to have been resold will be cancelled with no compensation.

No refunds

• The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other rewards.

Winner Notification & Cutoff Rules

Winners will be selected on 20 July 2026 and contacted starting 21 July via email, phone call, and in-app message. Response deadline: 24 hours from first contact.

The same rule applies to the 2nd place winner independently and in parallel.

To be confirmed as a winner, you must:
1. Respond within 24 hours of first contact.
2. Provide all required personal information (winner + guest full legal name, phone number, ID)
3. Confirm you can collect the tickets in person at our office before 31 July

*Failure to meet any of these requirements within the deadline will result in the prize being passed to the next eligible winner. Eatigo’s decision is final.

Eatigo’s Rights & General Conditions

Eatigo reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice, to:

• Modify or amend these Terms & Conditions, including campaign mechanics, eligibility criteria, prize details, and timeline
• Extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the campaign for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond Eatigo’s control
• Disqualify any participant who Eatigo reasonably believes has manipulated entries, used fraudulent means, violated these T&Cs, or acted in bad faith — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with restaurants to inflate diner counts, or any other form of gaming
• Withhold or revoke the prize if a confirmed winner is found to have obtained it through dishonest means, even after selection
• Select an alternate winner at any stage if a selected winner is ineligible, unresponsive, or unable to fulfil the collection requirements
• Determine the final diner count based on data recorded in Eatigo’s system — this count is conclusive and not subject to dispute

*All decisions made by Eatigo in connection with this campaign are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
*Eatigo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in this campaign, including but not limited to: technical failures, late or lost communications, inability to attend the concert, or changes to the event made by the organiser.
*This campaign is governed by the laws of Thailand.
