Stay safe by pre-ordering your food and have them delivered to your home by Grab or Lalamove.

Tap the Eatigo Delivery icon on your app.
Select a delivery restaurant from the list.
Choose a time when you plan to have your food picked up. Discounts vary based on time.
Select the food items that you want to order and indicate the quantity. The discounted price displayed is based on the selected time.
Review your order and the total amount to be paid.
Proceed to checkout and select your preferred payment option. Input your payment information to complete the order.

Eatigo Delivery (FAQ)

Does Eatigo have delivery drivers?	Our delivery partners are Grab and Lalamove. They will ensure your orders will be delivered.
What happens if some food items are unavailable after I order/pay?	The restaurant will inform you of any changes to your order through call or text.
Can I cancel my order after I pay?	No, orders are considered confirmed and final once the restaurant accepts it.
Can I still change my order after I pay?	Orders are considered final upon completion of payment.
What’s the latest time I can order for delivery?	We suggest you to make order 30 minutes in advance from the time that you want the food to deliver
Can I order for tomorrow?	No, you can only order delivery within the same day.
Can I pay cash upon delivery?	Eatigo Delivery promotes cashless transactions for everyone’s safety. Cash payment is not accepted at the moment.
