Purchase a Voucher

Tap for the Eatigo Market icon on your app and look for the Eatigo Premium Voucher category.
Select your Eatigo Premium Voucher and review the voucher details.
Tap on Buy Now button.
Review the price, redemption validity and price. Tap on the Buy Now button.
Select your preferred payment option to purchase. You may need to enter your credit card information.
Once the purchased is confirmed, you can now use your digital voucher to pay your bill at the restaurant!

Redeem your Voucher

View your purchased Eatigo Premium Voucher by going to Profile > My Deals > Historical
Present the confirmation screen of your purchased Eatigo Premium Voucher to the restaurant.
The restaurant will input a 4-digit code to confirm that your voucher is redeemed.
You can use the amount indicated in your Eatigo Prepaid Voucher to settle your restaurant bill.

Eatigo Premium Voucher Terms and Conditions

Voucher amount applies for all items on the menu unless specified otherwise in the restaurants special condition.
Voucher amount can be used to pay taxes and service charge applied on your restaurant bill.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
If total bill exceeds the voucher value, any outstanding amount is to be paid to the restaurant directly (not subject to any discount).
Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and privileges (e.g. Eatigo Reservation Discount, Senior Citizen, Bank Promotions, In-House Promos, etc.).
Voucher is valid for 1 year. No refunds for unused or expired vouchers.

Eatigo Premium Voucher Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need to book on Eatigo to use my Eatigo Premium Voucher?	No. You may dine at your restaurant without booking a reservation on Eatigo.
Can I use my Eatigo Premium Voucher together with my Eatigo Reservation Discount?	No. Eatigo Prepaid Voucher cannot also be used together with Eatigo reservation discount.
Can I use my Eatigo Premium Voucher for takeaway orders?	Eatigo Premium Vouchers are for dine-in only unless specified otherwise by the restaurant. Check your voucher details for more information.
What if my restaurant bill exceeds the voucher amount?	Any amount that exceeds your voucher amount will have to be paid directly to the restaurant. No discount will be offered on the excess amount.
What if my restaurant bill is less than the voucher amount, will I still get change?	No. Any unused amount will not be refunded.
Can I use my voucher in a different restaurant branch other than what is indicated?	No. Your voucher is only valid for the restaurant branch indicated.
Can I still use my voucher after its validity date?	No. Unused vouchers are not refundable.
