From 21 Feb to 1 Mar 2020, users who complete the below steps will have a chance to win the prize:

1. Book & attend a reservations with promo code 【PARADISE】 by 1 Mar 2020
   *promo code can only be used in Paradise Dynasty and Paradise Classic and must be applied on the reservation

2. The thank-you email embedded with $25 eatigo cash voucher and google form will be sent to users within 24 hours after attending the reservation. You can get additional $25 discount on your subsequent reservation by using this code.

3. Fill in the form by 23:59, 3 Mar. 10 users will get a chance to win $300 Paradise Group gift vouchers. The result will be announced on eatigo (HK) Facebook Page and blog by 10 Mar 2020.

4. Winners will receive a claim prize email by the same day. Please fill in the details within 48 hours and the gift vouchers will be sent through registered email.
   *Users can use the gift vouchers at Paradise Dynasty or Paradise Classic on top of eatigo discount. The value will be subtracted directly after applying eatigo discount.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo code “PARADISE” is applicable at eatigo.com and the eatigo app only and must be entered at the confirmation page. Users who enter this promo code, attend the respective booking for 1-time at “Paradise Dynasty” or “Paradise Classic” and fill in the google form embedded in the thank-you email received within 24 hours after attending the booking will be eligible for the giveaway campaign.

2. The promo code is valid from 21 Feb 2020 till 1 Mar 2020. All reservations must be made with the promo code & attended by 23:59, 1 Mar 2020 to be eligible for the promotion.

3. To be eligible for the promotion, each reservation must be attended by at least TWO persons.

4. Each user can only use the promo code maximum 5 times within the campaign period.

5. Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion. Winners will be picked based on the quality of the survey submission and contacted via the registered email by eatigo. If the winner fails to respond to the email within the period, another eligible user will be named for the prize by eatigo.

6. Users have to fill in the form by 23:59, 3 Mar 2020. If users cannot receive a thank-you email after attending the reservation by 48 hours, please contact us.

7. 10 users will be shortlisted to win $300 Paradise Group gift vouchers. The result will be announced on eatigo (HK) Facebook Page and blog by 10 Mar 2020. Winners will receive a claim prize email by the same day. The winner will be recognized as giving up the opportunity if they did not reply to the email within 48 hours.

8. The gift vouchers will be delivered by registered mail. Winners cannot edit the address once the vouchers are posted. eatigo Hong Kong and Paradise Group will not reissue the prize.

9. Eligible users have the chance to win the HKD300 Paradise Group’s gift vouchers. Winners may make a reservation at “Paradise Dynasty” or “Paradise Classic” through eatigo. They have to show the HKD300 gift vouchers before paying the bill. Each reservation must be attended by at least TWO person in order to redeem the gift vouchers.

10. The gift vouchers can be used on top of eatigo’s discount. The gift vouchers can only be applied on Paradise Dynasty and Paradise Classic as a fixed value (HKD$300) discount off the bill for eatigo reservations and will be an on-top value discount to original eatigo discount. The gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

11. Restaurants will not provide cash refunds when the Paradise Group’s gift voucher amount is more than the restaurant bill.

12. To be eligible for this promotion, please keep the dining receipts or credit card transaction slips for verification purposes. Eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to verify the payment proof and to disqualify against any user who fails to submit such.

13. Apart from eatigo’s discount, Paradise Group reserves the right to reject users from using any other valid or authorised discount or deals.

14. In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the above terms.

15. eatigo Hong Kong and Paradise Group are not responsible for any losses and damages suffered by participants as a result of the participation of the campaign. If users lost or damaged their cash voucher, no return or refund is allowed. The cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
