|What if I wasn’t able to redeem my referral ECV before the suspension of the referral campaign?
|If you weren’t able to redeem your referral ECV prior to the official suspension (April 27, 2020) you will be entitled to a support ECV to the value of the original redemption.
|Will my referral points be deducted if ECV was provided already?
|If a ECV was provided prior to the suspension, yes it will be deducted from your referral points as per standard rate and practice.
|What happens to my referral points that are meant to expire during this period?
|All points that were meant to expire during the suspension will be granted a 3-month extension from August 1, 2020 until 30 October 30, 2020
|Will my reward points have a longer validity period?
|Yes, the suspension will include suspending the expiration by equal duration, all points will be automatically extended by three (3) months.
|Do I need to contact eatigo to request for my points expiration date to be extended?
|No, you don’t need to contact eatigo to request for your points expiration date to be extended. All point expiration dates will be automatically extended.
