What are eatigo loyalty rewards?

The eatigo loyalty rewards can look anything like this:

• Attend 1 booking using a promo code within the month to earn an eatigo cash voucher worth Rp15k
• Attend 2 bookings using a promo code within the month to earn an eatigo cash voucher worth Rp30k
• Attend 4 bookings using a promo code within the month to earn an eatigo cash voucher worth Rp60k

The number of bookings and the reward values are subject to change every month, as decided by eatigo. The rewards vary for different customers based on qualification.

Attend a booking means successful dine-in or take-away of a reservation.

What do I have to do to be eligible for the rewards program?

Simply keep using eatigo on a regular basis, and you will automatically be eligible for one of the above said rewards based on your reservation history. Basically, the more you book, the more you benefit!

How will I know if I am eligible for any of the eatigo loyalty rewards?

In the case you are eligible for any of the loyalty rewards for the month, you will receive  the promo code and relevant T&Cs information via push notification, newsfeed, in-app, and email newsletter at the beginning of the month. Make sure you are active on the eatigo app to ensure you do not miss out on the loyalty rewards.

Sample scenario 1:

Say a user is eligible for the rewards: Dine-in/Take-away 1 reservation in March using the promo code BULANTIGA, receive a Rp15k eatigo cash voucher that you can use on your subsequent reservation.

At the beginning of the month, the user receives a message via app newsfeed like below (sample):

In order to receive a Rp15k eatigo cash voucher:

1. Say on Mar 5, the user attends the 1st reservation applying promo code BULANTIGA
2. Within 72 hours upon successfully attending the reservation, the user receives a unique reward promo code SAMPLE1X worth Rp15k, with a validity of 30 days.

The promo code BULANTIGA in this case, is valid from 1st to 31st March, and the 1 reservation with the promo code can be attended anytime during this period. The application of this code is purely to indicate participation and it does not give any cash discount during the reservation.

Within the 30 days reward promo code validity period,  the user then makes a reservation with promo code SAMPLE1X and enjoys an additional discount of Rp15k on their food bill.

The promo code and ECV are valid on dine-away/ take-away reservations.

Sample scenario 2:

Say a user is eligible for the rewards: Dine-in/Take-away 2 reservations in March using the promo code MARKICOBS, receive a Rp30k eatigo cash voucher that you can use on your subsequent reservation.

At the beginning of the month, the user receives a message via app newsfeed like below (sample):

In order to receive a Rp30k eatigo cash voucher:

1. Say, on Mar 5, the user attends the 1st reservation applying promo code MARKICOBS
2. Say, on Mar 16, the user attends the 2nd reservation applying promo code MARKICOBS
3. On Apr 5th (5th of the following calendar month), the user receives a unique reward promo code SAMPLE2X worth Rp30k, with a validity of 30 days.

The promo code MARKICOBS in this case, is valid from 1st to 31st March, and the 2 reservations with the promo code can be attended anytime during this period. The application of this code is purely to indicate participation and it does not give any cash discount during each reservation.

Within the 30 days reward promo code validity period, the user then makes a reservation with promo code SAMPLE2X and enjoys an additional discount of Rp30k on their food bill.

The promo code and ECV are valid on dine-away/ take-away reservations.

Sample scenario 3:

Say a user is eligible for the rewards: Dine-in/Take-away 4 reservations in March using the promo code MARKIKUY, receive a Rp60k eatigo cash voucher that you can use on your subsequent reservation.

At the beginning of the month, the user receives a message via app newsfeed like below (sample):

In order to receive a Rp60k eatigo cash voucher:

1. Say, on Mar 5, the user attends the 1st reservation applying promo code MARKIKUY
2. Say, on Mar 16, the user attends the 2nd reservation applying promo code MARKIKUY
3. Say, on Mar 21, the user attends the 3rd reservation applying promo code MARKIKUY
4. Say, on Mar 24, the user attends the 4th reservation applying promo code MARKIKUY
5. On Apr 5th (5th of the following calendar month), the user receives a unique reward promo code SAMPLE3X worth Rp60k, with a validity of 30 days.

The promo code MARKIKUY in this case, is valid from 1st to 31st March, and the 4 reservations with the promo code can be attended anytime during this period. The application of this code is purely to indicate participation and it does not give any cash discount during each reservation.

Within the 30 days reward promo code validity period, the user then makes a reservation with promo code SAMPLE3X and enjoys an additional discount of Rp60k on their food bill.

The promo code and ECV are valid on dine-away/ take-away reservations.

Note: The T&Cs might be different for different loyalty rewards, make sure you read them when you participate in each loyalty rewards program.
