How it works:

1. Have a minimum of 2 attended reservations for 2 pax using the promocode: SINGLE11 on Eatigo between November 11-25, 2018 and get a chance to win an Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

2. Customers with 2 attended reservations for 2 pax using the promocode: SINGLE11 on Eatigo between November 11- 25 will be sent a form to fill out through e-mail. Once e-mail is filled out, user will automatically be eligible to join the raffle.

3. Winner will be notified through e-mail, registered mail, SMS, and an announcement will be made on Nov 30, 2018 on the Eatigo Philippines Facebook page.

Promo Mechanics:

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Promo code: SINGLE11 is applicable at eatigo.com and eatigo app only and must be entered at the confirmation page. Users will be automatically eligible for a raffle entry. Information such as  name, address, e-mail address, mobile number will be extracted from user’s eatigo profile.
            2. To be eligible for this promotion, you have to have a minimum of 2 attended reservations and each reservation must be attended successfully. 2 attended reservations is equivalent to 1 raffle entry. Each user is only allowed 1 raffle entry.Promo duration runs from November 11-25,2018.
            3. Only valid mobile numbers registered with eatigo will be eligible for this promotion.
            4. All orders following the above mechanics must be valid and successfully attended Eatigo reservations. Cancelled or No Show reservations will be disqualified.
            5. Deadline to be eligible for raffle entries is 11:59 PM of November 25,2018.
            6. A form will be emailed to eligible users to fill up containing information such as name, mobile number, e-mail address, and mail address. Deadline for filling up the form is November 25,2018.
            7. Determining of winner for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be held on November 28,2018 at 5:00pm at the Eatigo office located at Unit 9B, 8Rockwell Building, Hidalgo Drive, Rockwell Center, Makati, Metro Manila, 1210,Philippines with the presence of representatives from Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Lorem Ipsum.
            8. Eatigo Philippines reserve the right, in concurrence with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in these promo mechanics.
            9. Grand Prize winners will be notified by Lorem Ipsum through registered mail, e-mail and phone call.
            10. Winner must submit the original official notification letter; present two (2) valid government issued IDs (i.e., SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and one (1) proof of citizenship (valid Passport and Birth Certificate).
            11. Prizes cannot be exchanged of redeemed as cash or other items.
            12. By participating in the contest,the winners agree to cooperate and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Eatigo Philippines relating to the giveaway. The winners agree that Lorem Ipsum may publicize the name and photograph of the winners in such mode and manner as Lorem Ipsum consider fit.             13. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to hold Lorem Ipsum free and harmless from any loss, injury or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

If the winner is unable to claim the prize, a representative must present the following documents: letter of authorization duly signed by the winner nominating the representative as the acknowledged recipient on behalf of the winner, two(2) original government issued IDs of the winner (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Passport),and two(2) originial IDs (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Passport)of the authorized representative.
            15. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days upon receipt of notice or registered mail will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Lorem Ipsum upon approval of DTI.
            16. Lorem Ipsum reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry. Lorem Ipsum will verify the winner’s reservation (via the Eatigo website or Eatigo app), whereas the order should be a valid successfully attended reservation, with no cancellation or no show.
            17. Employees of Lorem Ipsum, Eatigo Philippines and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
