How it works

1. Book with the code 【LUCKYUP】

2. All participants would receive an email after attending the reservation within 48 hours.

3. The winners would be the 1st, 11th, 21st, 31st … and the 491st one who booked with the correct code and attended the reservation.

4. They would then receive a S$20 eatigo cash voucher code in the email. 

5. If you still cannot find the email, you may check your spam mailbox or contact support.sg@eatigo.com for assistance.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The correct promo code “LUCKYUP”  is applicable at eatigo.com and the eatigo app only and must be entered at the booking confirmation page. To be eligible for the promotion, users must enter the correct promo code, attend the respective booking on eatigo.

2. The promo code is valid from 15 July to 24 July 2022. All reservations must be made with the promo code & attended by 24 July 2022 23:59 to be eligible for the promotion.

3. Each eligible reservation can be only made as a dine-in (2 min pax).

4. Each user can use the promo code for a max of 5 times within the campaign period.

5. The campaign is entitled to a predefined quota and first come first served basis.

6. Only valid email addresses registered with eatigo are eligible for this promotion. Winners will be contacted via the registered email by eatigo. If the winner fails to respond to the email within the period, another eligible user will be named for the prize by eatigo.

7. All participants would receive an email after attending the reservation within 72 hours. The winners would be the 1st, 11th, 21st, 31st … and the 491st one who booked with the correct code and attended the reservation. They would receive a S$20 eatigo cash voucher code in the email.

8. Validity for the unique eatigo promotional code is from 15 July to 24 August 2022.

9. Please keep the dining receipts or credit card transaction slips for verification purposes. Eatigo Singapore reserves the right to verify the payment proof and to disqualify against any user who fails to submit such.

10. In case of any acts of dishonesty and against the T&C, eatigo Singapore reserves the right to cancel the user’s right to participate in the campaign without any notice, and the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any of the above terms.

11. eatigo Singapore is not responsible for any losses and damages suffered by participants as a result of the participation of the campaign. If users lost or damaged their dining voucher, no return or refund is allowed. The dining voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. This promotion is valid only for Eatigo Singapore.

13. Eatigo Singapore reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.

14. In case of any dispute, Eatigo Singapore reserves the right of final decision.
