เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด:

1. ผู้ใช้ใช้รหัสโปรโมชั่น FRIEND เพื่อรับสิทธิ ส่วนลด ECV ( Eatigo Cash Voucher) มูลค่า 100 บาท เมื่อใส่รหัสในการจอง และเข้ารับประทานเฉพาะร้านที่รับโค้ดส่วนลดเท่านั้น โดยสังเกตจากร้านที่มีสัญลักษณ์ “กล่องสีเหลือง”
2. โปรโมชั่นนี้สามารถใช้ในระหว่างวันที่ 22-24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2019 การจองทั้งหมดจะต้องทำโดยใช้รหัสส่งเสริมการขายและเข้าร่วมภายในระยะเวลานี้เท่านั้น
3. รหัสโปรโมชั่นสามารถใช้กับการจองล่วงหน้าได้ถึงวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2019
4. การสำรองโต๊ะโดยใช้รหัสโปรโมชั่นจะต้องเข้าร่วมอย่างน้อยสองคนโดยมีบิลขั้นต่ำ 200 บาทหลังการสมัครส่วนลดร้านอาหาร 
5. จำกัดสิทธิ์ 1 ครั้ง/บัญชีผู้ใช้ มีสิทธิ์ทั้งหมด 500 ครั้งตลอดรายการ
6. รหัสโปรโมชั่นที่ท่านได้จะถูกริบและไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้ในกรณีที่มีการจองที่ไม่มีการแสดงตน (no-show)
7. ร้านอาหารจะไม่คืนเงินสดให้ผู้ใช้ หากยอดใบเสร็จน้อยกว่ามูลค่าของส่วนลดเงินสด
8. โปรโมชั่นนี้ไม่สามารถใช้รวมกับ โปรโมชั่นอื่นๆของร้านได้
9. ส่วนลด eatigo นั้น ไม่สามารถและเป็นเงินสดได้ และสามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลดหักจากใบเสร็จการจองของ eatigo เท่านั้น
10. โปรโมชั่นนี้สำหรับผู้ใช้ Eatigo ที่พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
11. อีททิโกประเทศไทยขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข / ยกเลิกโปรโมชั่นได้ตลอดเวลา

Terms and Conditions:

1. Users use the ‘FRIEND’ promo code to get 100 baht from ECV (Eatigo Cash Voucher) when users reserve and attend at the restaurants with the yellow box sign.
2. This promotion is valid between February 22th – 24th, 2019. All reservations must be made using the promo code & attended within this period.
3. The promotion code can be used to book in advance until Feb 28, 2019.
4. Each reservation using the promo code must be attended by at least TWO people, with a minimum bill of ฿200 after the restaurant discount application.
5. Limited usage for 1 code per user. However, there are only 500 codes throughout the campaign.
6. The ECV code is considered forfeited and cannot be reclaimed in the case of a ‘no-show’ reservation.
7. Eatigo cash voucher may not be exchanged for cash and can only be used as a fixed value discount on top of the total eatigo reservation bill.
8. Restaurant will not provide cash refunds when the eatigo cash voucher amount is more than the restaurant bill.
9. Similar to the standard eatigo discount, eatigo cash voucher do not stack on top of any other restaurant promotions or 3rd party promotions.
10. This promotion is valid for Eatigo users residing in Thailand only.
11. Eatigo Thailand reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time.
