Important Eatigo Notice
November 2, 2020

Dear eatigo customer,

We were made aware on 30th October 2020 that along with several other ecommerce platforms, we were the subject of a data security incident involving unauthorised access to our customer database  that contained our customers’ personal data.

Our investigations indicate that the information that was illegally accessed was from more than 18 months ago and included customer names, email addresses and phone numbers. Your existing Eatigo account password is protected by encryption and hence safe. We do not store credit card information on our system.

Protecting your privacy and data is of utmost importance to us. We continue to review and enhance our security infrastructure and will collaborate with the relevant authorities on this matter. We are committed to taking all the steps necessary to minimize the risk of a similar incident occurring again in the future.

We recognise that this is unsettling news and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you. We have established a dedicated support team that you can reach out to for support on this matter. Please reach out to care@eatigo.com if you have any questions or concerns on this matter.

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

Your eatigo account password is encrypted and remains safe. You may continue to use our services as our business operations remain safe and unaffected. However, as a precautionary measure you may wish to log into your eatigo account and reset your password.

Please also be alert to any spam emails requesting personal or sensitive information as well as any unusual activity in your account.

Thank you.
