eatigo introduced easy reservation system for users’ convenience: No pre-paid system, No credit card information, Make a booking only before 10 minutes to attend.
We are endlessly trying to provide customer oriented services.
However, our restaurants have difficulty because no-shows and cancellations are increasing over and over. If you make a reservation, our restaurnats prepare a table for you and wait to greet eatigo users. If you do not attend to reservation without any notice, restaurants will have trouble in managing their business.
Reservation means to make an appointment with eatigo. Please, keep your promise and refrain from no-shows and sudden cancellations.

No-show Campaign
1. Please, edit or cancel your reservation in advance if you can’t keep your promise with eatigo.
- Click on the ‘edit/cancel reservation’ button that can be found in your confirmation email.
- Click into ‘my reservations’ in the app and edit/cancel your reservation from there. You must be a registered user to do this.
2. Please, refrain from No-Shows or Sudden Cancellations.
Cancelling your reservation beforehand helps our restaurants to manage their staff & seats. Not showing up for more than 3 reservations will get your account suspended. Be kind and take a second to cancel if you cannot make it, we have made it easy. It is literally two taps.
3. Considerate reservation.
